Trump Lawyers Going After Owner of TrumpEstates.com
The real-estate titan is poised to develop a luxury housing complex in Dubai called Trump Estates, but doesn’t own the TrumpEstates domain name.
A Trump Organization lawyer turned down a chance to buy it some 10 years ago from Scott Stephens, a former New Yorker who registered TrumpEstates.com in 2004 with the hope of selling it.
Stephens got a cease-and-desist letter last week from the Trump Organization ordering him to transfer the domain name.
Trump Estates is not a registered trademark. But Trump Organization Executive Vice President Alan Garten told The Post that didn’t matter “because the Trump name is trademarked” and that Stephens was violating the law by “cyber squatting” on the domain name.

And lets not forget that Trump and his like minded right wingers are always complaining about the “frivolous lawsuits” and “trial attorneys” and calling for “tort reform’…
Of course those reforms will only apply to the little people..

I offered it to his lawyer’s 3 times over the span of 4 plus yrs to give it to the Trumpman for a dollar and a handshake but when I got the email and then a certified copy snail mail, I boosted the stagnate ebay page that had a $10,000.00 buy it now to $21,000,000.00..
I then called the lawyer and said hi, I am the guy u sent a cease and desist demand to for trumpestates.com, he said well are u calling to transfer the domain? I then said you know i basically bought it to make money, I offered it to Trump through Mike kohen an attorney for trump twice for a dollar and a hanshake and I’m making that offer again now! He then said, well that aint happening but we can give you $30.00 and an autograph book of the trump. Well now we’re negotiating, so then I said, look I’ve been buying domains for yrs trying to raise funds for my non profit the council for native american Indian progress inc and I also turned down an offer for it for $2500.00 for it a couple years ago plus not too mention all the yrs of renewing the domain. So u have to come up with a little more? And besides I can get one of those books on ebay for like a dollar! I said come on the trump is wishy washy, he says he’s going to run for president, then he changes his mind then he decides he wants to hire an apprentice and after how many episodes he cant find an apprentice so his son becomes it… duh…so then the lawyer chirps in and says, what makes u think he aint going to run for president and then I said you know I am running for president check out my site RuVisual.com and the lawyer said , oh well all bets are off and we both laughed as I said well maybe trump can be my running mate and be vice president? . We laughed again and then he said alrighty well since your doing this for a non profit I guess we can give your little non profit $300.00 and the book but you got to through in this other domain you got 420frosty.com.
Wow so I said, let me get this straight, you want me to give you a top tier domain name and trumpestates for $300.00 and a song?
At that point I said, you know let me get back to you on that in a couple days.. you have a great one and we said goodbye.
Well they emailed me back a couple days ago saying we haven’t heard back from you and wish to settle this in an amicable way…
I dunno what to do? I am under a lot of stress and cant sleep.
Do any of you have any ideas for me ???
