More bad news from the shooting gallery that is America:

Seven people were shot, five fatally, in a Houston suburb Wednesday, according to police.

Details are few. However, a statement from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office reports Precinct 4 deputy constables responded to a reported shooting at a home located in Spring, Texas.

Spring is about 25 miles north of Houston.

Police are in a standoff with a possible suspect who is in a cul-de-sac in a nearby residential area.

    Just remember: guns save lives!

Of course they don’t, that’s why cops only carry balloon animals and lambskin gloves…

Clearly we need more guns in our nation and more armed citizens with assault rifles, extended magazines and handguns on every man woman and child. We need no gun free zones and everyone should open-carry. This is the only way America will reduce it’s current (plus or minus) 90 deaths per day caused by guns.
And yes that’s per fucking day….google it.

Childish obscenities do not further your point, nor does falsely referring to a modern sporting rifle as an “assault rifle”.

As for blatant sarcasm, well, I’m afraid that’s 0/3.

What WOULD take a bite out of America’s homicide rate would be policies that addressed inner-city poverty, hopelessness and despair, an end to your stupid ‘war” on drugs, a reduction in your obscene inequality, providing refuge for abused women AND their children, and universal mental health care for your citizens…you know, all those things that USED to be liberal policies until you got fixated on guns while watching cable news and Hollywood pap…

Other nations, including my own, have in the same order of magnitude the number of guns, but somehow we (for the most part) avoid US-style carnage…

      It ain’t the GUNS, America, it’s YOU…

What country are you from? I’d like to compare the laws regulating gun ownership in your country with those of the US.

More good guys with guns. I am fearing now that many in this country are becoming too inured to these events now. Nothing gets done time and again after each one of these murders. It will more than likely continue to the point where something more tragic than Sandy Hook will have to happen before any real change can be enacted into laws.

Meanwhile, the wingers want starving migrant children to suffer because of freedumb.

Yet another example of the NRA’s choke hold in this country and the resulting gun deaths. The NRA is an out of control cancer that needs to be eradicated much sooner than later. Getting rid of the politicians that are bought off by the NRA is the first step and it starts in this election. Time to get our country back before it’s too late folks and the clock is ticking…
