Prepare for massive anti-Trump rallies

Posted by | January 1, 2017 19:00 | Filed under: Politics

Mark your calendar. Then grab the kids, get in the car, and show a certain Beltway-bound ginger-haired reality show host how we REALLY feel:

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, along with House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and New York Sen. Charles Schumer, sent a letter to congressional colleagues across the United States this week demanding they host major rallies ahead of Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20. The three Democratic leaders called for a “day of action” on Jan. 15, in which thousands of grassroots activists will urge President-elect Donald Trump to protect health care coverage for millions of Americans who benefit from government-funded programs like Medicare and Medicaid.

“Beginning in January, it is likely that Republican leaders in Congress will follow through on their threats to ram through a budget bill that will severely undermine the health care needs of the American people,” the letter sent Wednesday read. Their predictions for what a budget bill spearheaded by the GOP will feature include “slashing Medicaid and threatening the nursing home care of over four million vulnerable seniors; increasing prescriptions drug prices more than $1,000 a year for over five million seniors and persons with disabilities; and passing a $4,800 tax hike on millions of average Americans, while providing hundreds of billions in tax breaks to the wealthiest people across the country.” …

The planned day of action, titled “Our First Stand: Save Health Care,” will include protest rallies across the country meant to showcase opposition to any plans to end Medicare and other components of the health care system under the next White House administration. Congressional colleagues were encouraged to contact Warren Gunnels, a senior policy advisor for Sanders, directly in order to organize a local rally ahead of Martin Luther King Jr. day.

The demonstrations may only symbolic, but it will be putting the new government on notice that they will be held to the highest standards

2017 the fun year for America!

for all the deplorable idiots who voted for trump, here’s just a few more ideas of having complete inexperience fun.

    1. SELECT a member of a secluded jungle tribe to hop in the pilot seat of a 737 and fly high – or not.

    2. try a running jump off the north rim of the Grand Canyon and flapping your arms to keep from landing at the bottom with a thud.

    3. jump in a pool with an adult great white and splash around to see if you can scare it away!

no matter how much damage these idiots can do to America, we can still have a lot of fun with them on the way down.

Oh.. you’re gonna make Donnie and his minions have a sad…

Now if we could just round up those millions of illegal immigrant Hillary voters, we could turn it into a protest like Times Square when the ball drops~!

The great thing about the republicans is that if we want to round up criminals we can work from the top down.

        “great thing about republicans”

Not a phrase you run across very often! ☺

If there is one rump voter out there at one of these rallies, they better come in combat gear.

The same self-righteous assholes the claim abortion is murder have no trouble supporting policies that are guaranteed to cause the deaths of millions of Americans, cause millions to go bankrupt, allow children to starve and spread ignorance, hate and fear.

There is no way Trump would respond to rallies like these. Democrats just don’t get it. Trump is a TRUE NARCISSIST. He really believes he is the smartest, wise est, best looking etc person in the world. It is a personality disorder suffered by 6% of Americans. Donald believes he knows more about science than any scientist, more about combat than any General, on and on. He will do exactly what ever he wants and will never respond to media pressure. Obama care will soon be history and Medicare will be turned over to Wall St. in his first two years. Social Security benefits will be either cut back or the entire program may also be turned over to Wall St. That was what the election was for. It’s over now. Prepare as best you can.

No, actually one thing proven by the last 18 months is that Trump is massively sensitive to even the least amount of criticism. So expect him to react immensely out of proportion. He’ll probably assign the complete resources of the FBI to spying on anyone who criticizes anything he says or does.

and the biggest asshole since nero thought he could play a violin.

He freaks out over individual truthful statements about his BS and directly attacks.
He freaks out over individual statements and attacks entire countries.
He freaks out over tv shows and attacks entire TV programs.
He freaks out over people pointing out his popular vote loss and invents illegal voters by the millions.
He freaks out and attacks reporters for pointing out there’s no proof of those illegal votes.
He freaks out over an individual in a play speaking his mind and attacks the individual and the play.

But somehow he is going to IGNORE massive anti-Trump rallies? He may be a narcissist, but he is a thin-skinned one with an incredibly fragile ego and with a LONG history of hitting back harder (as he himself says) to any criticism. Why should we expect this radical departure in behavior you say will overtake Trump so that he will NOT respond?

What would the right wing nuts and fellow trumpf supporters think if president Obama went on a world wide victory tour celebrating 8 years of his accomplishments and two terms as president going out with an astounding 56% approval rating…
And smearing the faces of all those who opposed him….

  9. fahvel January 2nd, 2017 at 01:51

and if it doesn’t happen, you all deserve what you get for putain ambivalence.

“Bannon has said in the past that Breitbart is “a platform for the alt-right,” but after the election said there should be “zero-tolerance” for anti-Semitism.”

Suppose he still has an “interest” there ?$$?

Criticism of Trump will be met with the unleashing of his thug supporters who will attempt to make life difficult for the protestors. Intimidation, threats of violence, the use of social media for harassment and the publishing of names and addresses are their modus operandi.

  12. eyelashviper January 2nd, 2017 at 11:51

There needs to be a regular on-going assault on tRump and his cabal. Rallies, tweetstorms, protests at the WH, Congress, Trump Tower, etc. The barrage of criticism will unhinge tRump, and he will flail himself into a strait jacket or coffin…

    • Hirightnow January 2nd, 2017 at 17:47
