Debbie Reynolds, Carrie Fisher’s mom, rushed to hospital

Debbie Reynolds may have suffered a stroke following her daughter’s death.

According to TMZ, Reynolds suffered a possible stroke Wednesday while at her son Todd’s Beverly Hills home. She was rushed by ambulance to a nearby emergency room after someone called 911.

Actress Reynolds, 84, was “distraught” following her daughter’s death Tuesday, the site reported. She wrote a heartfelt message on Facebook saying, “Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter. I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop. Love Carrie’s Mother.”
