TMZ reports that Bay area employees were told to use the code D104 to designate a black customer.

The lawsuit claims that when the employee told management he was African-American, they punished him by denying him rest breaks. He was eventually fired, and is suing for unpaid wages, according to TMZ.

The fashion industry has a checkered history when  it comes to race, from the lack of diversity in the modeling world to racially insensitive ads.

Versace is one of multiple luxury brands accused by The Diversity Coalition of failing to promote diversity in the fashion world.

This is why America has constitutional amendments, The Civil Rights Act barring trump discrimination for placing “C for Colored” on any non-white supremacists application.

I’ll tell you what I had some of the worst experiences with black female customers they are a nightmare. This was years and years ago. They would yell and make a big scene and return items after use! They’d demand to have all sorts of entitlements. They’re full of it. Certainly there are many nice civilized black people but the majority come into these retail stores and create problems. I highly doubt they had a code but if they did it was probably quietly kept among a couple of employees who had bad dealings. I walked away from one black lady and refused to deal with her. She was a nightmare demanding rude and a real low-life ghetto. She tried to tell me she was going to call the manager. I look straight at her and said go ahead and I walked off. The manager came down and I said I refuse to wait a volatile rude customer. The customer walked away.
