            Y’know, a little mary jane will help with the insomnia. I don’t know why they don’t just sell it over the counter. They now make marijuana candy with no THC (the ingredient that makes you high).

            Hi whatthe.Bunya is right.I don’t know if you live in a medical state,but if you do there is an extraction of cannabis called CBD.They have at the legal dispenseriespharmaceutical grade capsule that is almost pure cbd with no to low thc so you won’t get high,but it will help knock you out,and even helps with pain.If you don’t and if your area has good herbal stores,there is an herb called skullcap that is helpful for sleep.But you need a good quality product,the bulk herb not the cheap capsules.

            You can also try having someone hit you in the head with a baseball bat,but unless your a hard headed Italian like me,that can hurt.Theres also vodka,that used to work great for me until I almost died from pancreatitis and had to stop drinking ten years ago.
