Jeffress: Trump still the candidate ‘with the best character’

Posted by | October 13, 2016 09:59 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics Radio Interviews Religion

Despite my efforts to get First Baptist Church of Dallas’ Pastor Robert Jeffress to acknowledge that Donald Trump is unfit to be president, he continued to insist that his character is superior to that of Hillary Clinton. And this was just as new stories were breaking about more women coming forward to claim sexual assault.

COLMES: So you’re not voting for trump, you’re voting against Hillary?

DR. JEFFRESS: No I am voting for Trump, I still think he would be the best leader with the best character.

other than for amusement, why give low life characters like this any kind of forum?

      “Know thy enemy”…
And like you said, they are amusing.
      (just don’t tell them)

These are the kind of people who would agree to be interviewed by one of Jon Stewart’s “correspondents” and never realize the whole thing is a joke, intended to ridicule them. Those bits were almost painful to watch.

The hypocrisy of these people is amazing. Their inability to grasp it even more so.
The summer of 2016, ” conservatives are outraged and terrified by the unlikely possibility of a transgendered person molesting their daughters.
The fall of 2016, “conservatives are fine with voting for a man who has actually molested women, admits walking through a JUNIOR beauty pageant dressing room and has pending litigation concerning horrific sex crimes against a thirteen year old.

Jeffress’s “character” starts and ends in his wallet.

Doesn’t that describe the entire GOP?

Obviously he’s a bad judge of character

    • Red Mann October 13th, 2016 at 15:57

According to his book, he’s not supposed to be judging at all.

I totally agree. Trump is the biggest character to run in my lifetime.

And this Pastor has How Many Girl Friends ??? Birds of a Feather thing.

This moron doesn’t have a clue what great character means. When I saw he is a Baptist pastor then it explains why evangelicals love Rump. And they have a some nerve calling themselves Christians…

He’s got a SPECIAL Bible where Jebus assaulted Mary Magdalene, banned Samaritans, built a wall to keep out the Romans, mocked the lepers, slapped his name on all the synagogues…

Not the King James version but the King Donald version.

I wonder how many pieces of silver it took to get him to surrender his “sincerely held religious beliefs”?
