When freedom finally came, in 1865, some Blacks still did not want to be free. In Virginia, a woman that use to bake cakes for whites, was angry, mad, totally frustrated, about freedom. During slavery, the underground railroad, worked hard to get a woman out of slavery. Once freed, she complained about everything, especially the cold weather. She begin communicating, with her former owners, and went back south, back into slavery. These are true stories.
