Police are looking to see who is behind this ad.

The post is titled “We need more Orlando’s (sic),” and it is accompanied by a photo of a hand firing a revolver with a bullet coming out of the barrel.

The post read: “Orlando was long overdue. Cleanse your community of the filth that gives decent gay men and women a bad name. Those people were walking diseases, bug chasers, and thank god for AIDS and 9-11 and now Orlando. San Diego you are next …”

10News sent the screenshot to the San Diego Police Department and the FBI.

SDPD Lt. Scott Wahl said the department will investigate the post. Wahl emphasized that police have had extra officers on patrol in places where people gather in the wake of the Orlando shooting.

FBI Special Agent Darrell Foxworth told 10News the bureau’s Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the posting.

9/11 targeted the LGBTQ community? I guess I missed that story.Anyway, using this logic we have had multiple storms going through the Bible belt area, what would the explanation of that be? Is God pissed off that jim-bob-billygoats keeps associating her name with hate?

The people that wrote the Old Testament did that. It’s full of hate and vengeance and gory killings, by and for god.

I guess they use the New Testament as a coaster?

This is absolutely horrible and I sincerely hope they track down this prick and nail him with whatever they can, but in a really weird way it hints at some sort of acceptance with the reference to “decent gay men and women”. It isn’t the sort of comment that arises in homophobic things like this. Just struck me as out of the ordinary (which is kind of pathetic when this is an ordinary event)
