Here’s a late-breaking tidbit of news. Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore has been suspended from the bench (with pay, unfortunately), due to his stance on same-sex marriage. This is the second time Moore has been removed for defiant disobedience of the law and U.S. Constitution. It’s always a bad idea for an officer of the court…

The LGBT agenda? The only agenda they have is making sure they have the same rights as anyone else.

This is what happens when you have accepted the sworn responsibility of basing your judicial decisions on the tenets of the U.S. Constitution … and yet you believe that your own warped interpretation of Biblical law supersedes federal law.

      But, but, but…….
      Gawds law and the Buy-bull….

so, it’s now OK for christian state ‘judges’ to LIE when taking their solemn oath to uphold the laws of their state and the Constitution of The United States of America?

FEDERAL VIOLATIONS should REQUIRE trials in FEDERAL COURTS, no matter WHO the LYING christian criminal is.

    • granpa.usthai May 7th, 2016 at 11:12

ps: Roy Moore is no more ‘defiant’ than any other criminal that has made the conscious decision to IGNORE FEDERAL LAW – just like the Kowboy Krooks in Nevada – or the white racist bank robber.

FEDERAL LAW says you can’t do it, christian criminals like Moore and the chubby christian 4X adulteress in Kentucky say F the LAW, I’ll do what I want and claim it to be MY religious beliefs.

An interesting thought you have there….

“I was just being “defiant” your honor when I robbed that store”

“I’m sorry but, I was being “defiant” when I drove 90″…

I bet some right wing lawyer could go after the law rather than the act in almost any defense.

    • Larry Schmitt May 7th, 2016 at 11:19

He had is fingers crossed when he took the oath.

Somehow, someway, we have to purge our government from these far right wing religious freaks, local, state and federal.
Everyday one of them comes out with a more outrageous attempt to undermine the freedom and liberty of all of us claiming it’s “right in here in the Bible”…

… and all under the acceptance of today’s GOTP Sharia!

      They pronounce it “Nigras.”

        … unfortunately, you are correct!

        • Larry Schmitt May 7th, 2016 at 14:01

That’s when they’re not using the other word.

Hating people for the way they were created seems blasphemous IMO.

Sounds like Moore is another one of those modern-day nullification nuts.

The glaciers retreated faster than the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission moved.

Any state judge who doesn’t understand the Constitution should be removed.
