Texas sheriff candidate: I’d beat a trans woman unconscious if in bathroom with my daughter
The Republican candidate for sheriff of Denton County, sadly, faces no real opposition.
Click here for reuse options!According to the Dallas Observer, Tracy Murphfree — who only faces token opposition from a Libertarian Party candidate and no Democratic candidate — jumped on the anti-transgender bandwagon with his Friday afternoon post.
“This whole bathroom thing is craziness I have never seen,” Murphree wrote last Friday. “All I can say is this: If my little girl is in a public women’s restroom and a man, regardless of how he may identify, goes into the bathroom, he will then identify as a John Doe until he wakes up in whatever hospital he may be taken to. Your identity does not trump my little girl’s safety. I identify as an overprotective father that loves his kids and would do anything to protect them”

Which means you would have to arrest yourself for assault, dumbass. You cannot say that the child is in imminent danger because somebody has to potty. Your local pastor is a much greater threat statistically. Can you name the child rapes by transsexual females? I can provide one whole hell of a lot of instances of pedophile clerics. The idea that is wrong here is he wants vigilante justice for someone not even doing anything wrong. Trouble is you can’t always tell who is or isn’t trans person these day. Hell I am a trans man and i can’t always tell myself. And have workd with many transpeople.This on top of getting the wrong person. You might pick out a masculine gay woman, of a big bones middle aged woman who is not trans at all. I see many gettting assualted when the law doesnt say anyone can take the law in their own hands.

i’m not worried about the LGBT community, i’m more concerned with the likes of Jeremy Strohmeyer, “straight freak” who raped and murdered Sherrice Iverson in the ladies room. and then there’s this one:
