I see the business model used here is to invest time and money upfront and you will eventually see the profit as people become healthier. American businesses seems to like the other business model, invest as little as possible and reap the rewards that you are entitled to, and if those rewards don’t come, file for bankruptcy.

Republicans touted that competition is important, well here you have it- Obamacare inspires a better quality of healthcare and Healthcare companies will have to answer to that! Obamacare is succeeding. Oh by the way where is the Republican/Conservative healthcare plan? …There is NONE!

    Obamacare saved my life.

Soon after Obamacare got rid of lifetime caps, I got a very expensive illness.

I paid premiums my whole adult life and rarely used it.

Even so, under “Conserva-care” my health insurance company would have stopped paying before I fully recovered, leaving my dying and bankrupt.

Thanks to Obamacare, I’m better now with a good prognosis. It was expensive but I didn’t have to declare bankruptcy and I’m working and paying taxes.

    Thanks, Obama!

(And the GOP wants to take that all away.)

“But as health insurers struggle with financial losses, and blame those losses on Obamacare patients whom they characterize as especially sick and therefore expensive”
That about sums it up, profits over people. No attempt to improve or innovate, that might cost a penny or two. Gimme all the money, right now.
