As an Oregonian, I say “good riddance” to these nutjob conservatives.
They don’t speak for us.
We Oregonians love our shared, public lands.
We are mostly about fishing, not cattle.
A prosperous fishing industry needs a healthy, natural environment. This is at-odds with cattle ranchers like the Bundys.
We also love our hikers, campers, surfers, mountain climbers and other nature tourists. We get millions from these people. Cattle ranchers destroy our nature tourism industry. Nobody wants to hike through cow pies.
So, good riddance to the Bundys. Don’t come back.
