I ‘m thinking they use the Leon Skousen version, which until recently, I didn’t know existed. I read last week that some school district in FL decided to finally stop handing out copies of it to students. I taught social studies, including civics and U.S. history for years, and I never knew Skousen had produced a right-wing nut version of the Constitution. I always handed out pocket-sized copies I had received from the GA State BOE, which are the same as the real Constitution.

Good, seems like he will be sent to jail and if his estate does not pay the taxes owed his “ranch” will be actioned off to pay his fees plus fines.

The entire complaint is quite a read, and very clearly and specifically describe the unlawful and threatening behavior of Cliven and the four co-conspirators.
This should bring the hammer down on all of these blustering militia types, and it seems possible that other arrests may occur, of the many armed fools who came to Bundystan for a “range war”.

    • pignose4.0 February 11th, 2016 at 17:10

they just issued 6 more arrest warrants.

    • pignose4.0 February 11th, 2016 at 17:11

    • rg9rts February 11th, 2016 at 17:11

George II already canceled a trip to europe because they were going to swear out a warrant for crimes against humanity…at the Hague

          • Gina Bousquet February 11th, 2016 at 19:53

      • TiredOldGuy February 11th, 2016 at 17:16

        • rg9rts February 11th, 2016 at 19:51

      • Gina Bousquet February 11th, 2016 at 19:57

          • Gina Bousquet February 12th, 2016 at 10:40

Well, at least there’s something he fears threatening his impunity…

    • Suzanne McFly February 11th, 2016 at 17:21

I was just wondering if any of the folks living in public housing in Vegas would be interested in any of his belongings at public auction if the bids were low enough? Folks should be reminded that his kows is kriminal kows at the bidding.

  6. Gina Bousquet February 11th, 2016 at 17:16

They took their time while building a case against them. Well done!

  7. eyelashviper February 11th, 2016 at 18:00

The whole bunch is a flight risk. I hope to hear ‘remand’ at any bail hearing.

    • CHOCOL8MILK February 11th, 2016 at 23:14

I’m afraid of another militia “get together” to fight for “freedom” if one of them gets bail…freedom to not go to jail…

    • granpa.usthai February 12th, 2016 at 00:01

cuffs and shackles are standard federal procedures when transporting prisoners. Don’t see why they’d want to waste their time putting ’em on and taking ’em off for this lot.

  9. Aunt Pee February 11th, 2016 at 21:46

Glory hallelujah. I knew they’d get him eventually!

    • granpa.usthai February 11th, 2016 at 23:51

after 40+ years of freeloading on MY land, I was starting to have my doubts.

  10. Foundryman February 11th, 2016 at 22:01

I hope they keep these arrests up. It’s estimated there were over a thousand armed terrorists at Bundy’s ranch two years ago. They all need arrested and jailed and most of all disarmed for the rest of their pathetic lives.

    • granpa.usthai February 11th, 2016 at 23:49

with as much media video that’s available, ‘tracking every single one of ’em down shouldn’t be difficult at all. Give ’em the opportunity to turn themselves in with their weapons as a show of good faith to the American people.

  11. CHOCOL8MILK February 11th, 2016 at 23:11

All of this could have been avoided if he paid that damn grazing bill, rather than trying to pull a “fast one” on the BLM.

  12. bpollen February 12th, 2016 at 05:31

I know that they say the wheels of justice turn slowly, but Jebus, evolution is faster.
