TX Christian Claims She Diverted Tornado To Another Neighborhood, Has Power Over ‘Winds’

Over the weekend, fierce tornadoes hit Texas, killing 11 and causing severe damage to hundreds of homes. But one woman in Rowlett, Texas, says she and her family were spared because they successfully diverted a tornado from their residence through prayer.

Sabrina Lowe told NPR that 10 family members were visiting her apartment Saturday when they all heard the loud roaring and distinctive train noise of an approaching tornado:

We actually went outside and started commanding the winds, because God had given us authority over the winds, the airways. And we just began to command this storm not to hit our area. We spoke to the storm and said, ‘Go to unpopulated places.’ It did exactly what we said to do, because God gave us the authority to do that….READ MORE at LiberalAmerica

Does that mean we can file felony vandalism charges on her then. She is confessing isn’t she?

    • whatthe46 December 28th, 2015 at 13:43

      good one.

    • Roctuna December 28th, 2015 at 15:09

11 people died so at the least manslaughter, if not murder, not to mention all the property damage.

How Christian like. Why didn’t she just prayed for the tornado to go away instead of not hitting her neighborhood?

    • whatthe46 December 28th, 2015 at 13:43

because it’s the “christian” thing to do.

      • Boltorama December 28th, 2015 at 13:51

Caring about yourself and not others. Yep hallmark of many self-proclaimed Christians.

So since she and her family are taking credit for moving the tornado over to someone else’s house, I guess the neighbors can now sue her and her family for the destruction of their houses, right? I mean, she says she’s PERSONALLY responsible, so… I know of a good attorney should the neighbors want one.

    • grannieannie2 December 28th, 2015 at 17:40

That’s what I thought, Guy. Give her a good scare by suing her for her last penny.

Exactly what we were just saying!! Lol

    • granpa.usthai December 29th, 2015 at 10:40

      self defense?

    Thats just like Ben Carson…
Telling the stick up man that the person he really needs to rob is behind the counter…

“winds and tornado’s blow towards those not blessed with the lords powers destroyeth thy neighbors home”..

  7. grannieannie2 December 28th, 2015 at 17:39

Shame on her. The last time I went to Sunday School and Church, they quoted Jesus as saying “Love they neighbors”. Where was this Talibangelists love for her neighbors, neighbors not necessarily living in her exact neighborhood? All neighbors who had damage from tornados should sue this Talibangelist for sending the tornados their way. I’d love to hear her answer to that.

Her power just covers passing wind

    • fredoandme December 29th, 2015 at 10:39

      made me laugh!

    • granpa.usthai December 29th, 2015 at 10:43

just enough to lay the blame on somebody in the back of the elevator.

  9. Gary Son December 28th, 2015 at 19:53

You have got to be kidding! When are people going to stop with this crazy notion that praying does anything at all! What makes people think they are so important that if God did exist that he would even care about their insignificant lives? Lady I think you should make a retraction of the statement you said before you get a murder charge for killing 11 or sued for causing severe damage to hundreds of home!

  10. Chris December 28th, 2015 at 19:55

    Hear that, Michele Bachmann?
    There’s hope!
Get this woman behind you and you can run again!

  11. decrepittex December 28th, 2015 at 20:39

Her farts are the only passing wind she might have some control over.

  12. bushputz December 28th, 2015 at 23:13

I hate to be a dick about this, but I would just love to see another tornado pass through that neighborhood, not touch any other house, and just wreck the crap out of her house.

  13. Colin Aster December 28th, 2015 at 23:22

So… by those standards, is she admitting to murdering 11 people? Or her “powers” are bullshit because if she actually did have some kind of power she would get rid of the storm instead. What a jackass.

    • granpa.usthai December 29th, 2015 at 10:57

notice how she went for the ‘self defense’ straight from the get go. Mass murderers and innocent child stalkers/murderers do that just provide a smidgen of doubt -enough to make standing on a concrete sidewalk/pavement a deadly weapon!

  14. rg9rts December 29th, 2015 at 01:22

If she was such a good christian with “powers” …send to storm away from people

  15. bpollen December 29th, 2015 at 06:11

I’m gonna pray for the sun to come up. If it does, I DID IT! It wasn’t the laws of motion, it was ME! And, for a very reasonable fee, I’ll even make it go back down!

    • granpa.usthai December 29th, 2015 at 10:32

      now you’re cuttin’ into my
      PROPHET

Sorry, didn’t realize you had the franchise here…

  16. Matthew Maida December 29th, 2015 at 08:23

Ok… just so we are clear. This Christian spared her neighborhood the destructive and violent Tornado….but Deflecting it to another neighborhood…where it would inflict its Destruction violence and potential Property Damage, and the Loss of Human Life……………. Doesn’t sound like something Christ would do.

  17. Keith Cumbie December 29th, 2015 at 09:37

There is no limit to the insanity of fanatics. So she murdered her neighbors……how “christian”.

  18. Maxx44 December 29th, 2015 at 10:17

My wife is very grateful that I can control my winds, and I don’t think anyone has ever died from the ones I did not control.

    • fredoandme December 29th, 2015 at 10:40

      that you KNOW of.

  19. granpa.usthai December 29th, 2015 at 10:29

    so what!

Obama roller skated out into the Atlantic and knocked the wind out of a Hurricane (lot bigger than some minor Texas twister) thus saving the major World City from horrific destruction!
