Congressman: ISIS Poses ‘Existential Threat’ But So Might Obama

Posted December 15, 2015 14:41 by Comments (21)

Pennsylvania Republican Congressman Scott Perry equates the threat of ISIS with the threat of President Obama.

Perry told Greta Van Susteran that the Obama administration’s policy of deliberately not checking the social media posts of visa applicants“goes beyond incompetence. When you find out they missed it, you think, ‘Well, how did that happen?’”

“…You wonder if the existential threat is just ISIS or Islamists,” he said. “Or is it also an administration that for political narrative puts policy and political correctness above the national security of the nation?”

The GOP agenda. If you don’t have anything to run on, try to stir up some fear. Obama is coming for your gun. Obama is letting Ebola into the country. Gas will be 5 dollars a gallon. Obamacare will bankrupt the nation. Doctors will flee from their practices. Now it’s “ISIS is coming for you because the gubmint’ didn’t check social media.

These people need to get a life. Nobody with the IQ of a turnip is buying their BS anymore.

      (sigh!)
      the gas price!
      still down!!!
putting old geezers like myself in dire dangers of a Pleiku ‘granddaughter’ just learning to drive who enjoys playing knock the old round eye ‘granpa’ out of the parking lot when he starts shuffling back inside to get the leftover pre-paid amount!
(sometimes I think Obama must be watching the security cameras just sos they’ll have a good laugh)
      BUTT-
seriously, why not set up some kind of ‘keep the change for charity’ -needy travelers or even leadfoot montagnard girls that think driving a car should be just like flying a jet?

      until then…
      LOW FUEL COST IS ALL POTUS OBAMA’s F A U L T !!!

    above ‘NATIONAL SECURITY’?

you mean, like when a RepubliKon Congress intentionally attempts to scuttle a possible peace treaty with a not so friendly ally?

Or a RepubliKon Congress that insists on an 19th century armed force to defend US in the 21st Century?

Or a RepubliKon Congress who REFUSES to declare a war IN WRITING on US enemies countries of origin?

Obama not checking everyone’s Facebook post how would he have the time. I think he has other people doing that. Just being facetious. The guy is a moron.

The economy is screaming, the stock market is where it’s never been, I paid $2.04 for gas this morning, my house is back to what it was worth before the crash, there have been no new wars since Bush/Cheney left office, the banks are stable, Putin’s got a mess on his hands Obama dished out, and something like 38 million people have health insurance for the first time…and this guy thinks Obama is a threat…
Just show me one thing in his life that measures up to a single thing O has done for this country…just 1 thing…

It’s like the politicians on the right feel the need to say something incredibly stupid or no one will listen.
