    exactly…there may be vague policy on the books ..but doesn’t matter republican or democrat are using what the gov has always described as acceptable…and that is using their own personal communication devices…that includes servers….if you are going after HRC for doing what everyone else does..then you are going to have to prosecute all the republicans…..
