Cup Of Coffee A Day Could Keep Alzheimer’s At Bay

Just one cup a day can stave off Alzheimer’s disease.

But having two or more cups or never touching the brew puts you at risk of the condition that causes early memory problems that sometimes lead to Alzheimer’s.

Researchers found moderate levels of caffeine protected the brain against rogue proteins that destroy neurons leading to memory loss.

    Or it could make you impotent and make all your hair and teeth fall out. I’m tired of all these new pronouncements about what good or harm any given food or drink or activity can do to us. One rule to follow: If it doesn’t kill you right away, it’s probably okay in moderation. Too much of anything is bad for you.
