Gov. Rick Scott (R) was for Medicaid expansion before he was against it. Now that the Florida governor is against it, he’s suing the Obama administration. Unfortunately, when a mega corp is charged with a crime, no person ever does time. This guy should have gone to prison. A billion dollars is chump change to them. It just means fewer dividends for stockholders, but the suits still get their bonuses.

It’s all going to come down to whether Florida can prove that the witholding is SOLELY because of their refusal to expand Medicaid. If they can’t, I see Scott losing the case.
