Louie Gohmert criticized President Obama and Vice President Biden for declining to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when he came to speak to the U.S. Congress just before the Israeli elections.Gohmert told the Family Research Council’s Tony Perkins that while he attends Obama’s speeches out of “respect for the office” even though he rarely agrees with what the president is saying, Obama and other administration officials “disrespected Israel and disrespected the leader of Israel, it was not about the man.”
“If you named a caucus by who it helped, you’d have to name this one the Ayatollah Caucus,” Gohmert said of Obama, before hailing Netanyahu as the “Esther for the United States.”

We here in Illinois had an off the wall tea bagger named Joe Walsh.
I helped get rid of that trash. What I did was offer “rides” to the poles. I picked up over 60 voters that were on the democratic register…and made damn sure they voted.

Thanks Suzanne. We had an organized plan with three rented vans. We research the voters that had a bad record of voting and called them.
Our vans were never more than three miles away from these voters.
And then we convinced them to take a ride and vote. It was fun.

Thanks for the compliment. Texas does have many good things, but our elected officials are not one of them. I live in a diffrent district, montgomery county my rep went from sorta sane to full batchit theocratic insanity in one term.

That’s the guy, he started out fairly normal…he is now crazy, for some reason I am plugged into his phone townhalls I even get to ask questions and chatize him for lying. Twice I called him out, 1st time he just said thanks second ime I had the voice cut off. Being an Election judge, Dem for many years seems to have put me on bunchs of lists.

I too was an election judge for a long time. You learn allot sitting next to those republicans all day.
You learn how much work there is to do.
One of the “repub” ladies, that was on SS told us how expensive SS was and she believed it to be a communist plot . But she was collecting every month and even bragged about her new car that she bought with her SS payments.
She was one of those that screamed get the gubmint out of my medicare.
She told me that Fox was on here TV ALL DAY LONG, even when she was not home.
And you know what? Once you got past the politics…I actually liked her.
America…go figure!

I had this one repub judge kicked out for good, he went ballistic over Dems voting and even attempted to prevent them by putting up “republicans vote here” signs outside and on the tables in the precinct.

He went an filed charges against me, he said I was threatening him. He went all god on me threatening fire and more. Called me the double spawn of satan…he went to the cops and said the same thing, they asked him if they should call a doctor and was worried that he was having a stroke.

Unfortunately, Joe Walsh “represented” my district for a short while. He was/is a disgrace, and fortunately the voters woke up and elected Tammy Duckworth. 100% improvement.

What set me off on Walsh was that he had people on street corner of Algonquin and Rosselle road handing out pamphlets of pictures of Obama looking like Hitler. I am sure you have seen those.
I screamed at those tea baggers “That is the president of the United States”.
They got nervous after that..and then I grabbed a big pile of those pamphlets out of one of their hands…and flung them into the street. Then I called the cops and reported that there were people littering on that corner, which is clearly against the law.
I went back to see the squad car…and watch them collecting their rubbish. And they never came back.
