So please clarify. You wouldn’t think of taking another man’s life, but have guns for home defense. Would you or would you not kill someone who invaded your home and intended to do you harm?
His statement was pretty clear. Home defense is a vital thing, and people have every right to self defense. It doesn’t have any relation on wanting to be a murderer, hanging a gun on your hip every waking moment.
To answer that question, yes I would, but they have to get past my dog first. I don’t think anyone in their right mind would B&E into my house with a snarling German Shepherd on his a$$.

I do believe that routinely carrying weapons for no reason is a bad idea. People used to have to show a reason to carry, but that restriction has loosened.
