Broker Puts Roller Coaster In House For Clients To Tour

A Dutch real estate broker installed a roller coaster in the property to attract potential buyers.

The roller coaster carries one person in a carriage at a time from the bottom floor, through the garage and up the stairs to the first floor. After touring the kitchen and living room, riders are sent to the patio and up to the second floor of the home. After passing through the bedrooms, the roller coaster plummets out of the house and into the back yard.

Global News quipped that although it may be difficult to see the finer points of a home on a carnival ride, riders won’t have to deal with pushy real estate agents while zipping through the house.

Broker Verder met Wonen filmed clients riding the roller coaster in a promotional 90-second video for the special property selling campaign. On Sunday, it was uploaded to YouTube and has since accumulated over 100,000 views.

I’ll buy that house. But you have to leave the roller coaster!
