Larry Klayman Having A Hard Time Impeaching Anyone

Larry Klayman, the failed organizer of Impeach Obama protests, is having a terrible time ousting anyone. Klayman can’t even get a good lawsuit off of the ground and he’s a lawyer.

The Associated Press reports:

The Supreme Court won’t hear an appeal from a conservative lawyer and activist in his long-running dispute with a federal judge.

The justices on Monday did not comment in letting stand lower court decisions dismissing Larry Klayman’s lawsuit against U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.

Klayman claimed the judge harbored a personal bias against him, leading to adverse rulings against him and his clients in multiple cases. He filed an ethics complaint against Kollar-Kotelly and asked the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to remove her from the bench. The appeals court declined to take any action against the judge and dismissed Klayman’s complaint.

Klayman founded the government watchdog group Judicial Watch in 1994 and has filed hundreds of lawsuits against the federal government. Klayman left the group in 2003.

Klayman recently submitted what he calls a “deportation petition” against President Obama, asking authorities to begin the process of removing Obama from the country. I’m sure that will go well, too. Or he could just hold another rally where tens of more protesters will show up, just like last time. Maybe Klayman can team up with Orly Taitz. Her lawsuits are working out swimmingly, too.

KKKlayman is probably correct about the personal bias. How could any thinking person not have a personal bias against this scum-sucking loon?

Larry, the leading edge of stoopid on the extreme fringe right, is the poster boy for doing the same thing over and over and expecting, demanding, different results.

All of these KKKoch brothers funded groups impale themselves and their GOP in the eyes of most voters. Tea Party 15% Support Plummets To All-Time Low in CBS poll. Even among the Republiklans, only 32% sympathize with the Tea Party, down from the July 2010 peak of 55%. http://aattp.org/new-poll-tea-party-support-plummets-to-all-time-low-video/

If Klayman and Taitz aren’t not enough crazy for you, check out John Darash Vidurek and his common law grand jury con. He’s managed to convince a thousand or more people that anybody can form a grand jury, indict anyone they please and the county sheriff has to abide by their true bill. There’s a man in Dixie County FL named Terry Trussell who was stupid enough to try it. Now he’s been indicted on 10 felony counts of impersonating a public officer, unlawful use of simulated legal process and unlawful retaliation against a public official. It’s been a hoot. I follow it on thefogbow.com
