Jerks need a little love and understanding. You see, they don’t always know that they’re being jerks. If they were that self-aware, chances are they wouldn’t be jerks in the first place.

Columbia Business School needs to follow this study up with a study of Business Schools who conduct too many studiess and ask the question if the people who conduct too many of these studies are afraid that they are conducting too many and if the “beta” Schools are afraid they aren’t conducting enough studies.

Not always. Thirty years ago as a teenager, I read a book called “How To Be A Jerk So Women Love You” explaining how to take advantage of the huge flaw in the female psyche. I hated being a jerk, but…I did get literally about a hundred dates.
