Louisiana Congressman Vance McAllister, who is now apologizing for being caught on video making out with a staffer, told the world that faith and family were the most important things to him in a campaign ad. And he said the most difficult part of being in Washington would be having to see less of his family. Luckily for him, he solved that last problem.
