‘First Ever’ Marijuana Commercial To Air Major Network TV

It’s the first time a marijuana commercial has run on a major network, and it’s to promote medical marijuana.

The ad, which “draws a parallel between a ‘shady’ street dealer attempting to push ‘unsafe’ sushi to unsuspecting buyers, and medical marijuana patients being forced to obtain their medication in a similar fashion,” airs in New Jersey on several national networks — including A&E, Fox, CNN, Comedy Central, Food Network and the History Channel.
