Man Has Two Penises

The man, believed to be American, spent six hours on Reddit answering questions. He says he’s in a bisexual relationship with both a man and a woman.

An estimated one in every six million boys in America are born with the condition.
There is also a higher risk of spina bifida (pictured), a developmental congenital condition which causes some vertebrate protecting the spinal cord not fully form and remain open.
In most cases the penises are the same size and sit side by side. In some men, the smaller penis will sit above the larger.
A man with two penises can urinate from one or both.
The first reported case was made by physician Johannes Jacob Wecker in 1609. He said that he observed a male corpse in Bologna, Italy with the condition.
