Venture capitalists are looking at smoothies.

The founders of the BluePrint juice company, Zoë Sakoutis and Erica Huss, have seen their business expand from carting around juice in Zipcars to grossing more than $20 million a year and occupying shelf space in Whole Foods, The New York Times reports.

Starbucks acquired Evolution Fresh last November for $30 billion, and are now selling Coconut Pineapple and Super Greens alongside vanilla lattes.

Investors are pouring money into cult brands like Organic Avenue and Juice Press, and Creative Juice is now sold in branches of Equinox gyms across the country.

‘We’re talking some serious dollar signs here,’ Juice Maids founder Danielle Charboneau told the paper. ‘That’s why everyone is getting into the juice business, because in five years they want to sell the business for a hundred million bucks.’
