12-Year-Old Boy Gives Pro-Gay Speech To Rhode Island Senate

Matthew Lannon spoke about his two moms and two dads.

Matthew, who has an older sister Alicia, went on to describe his parents’ long-term relationships saying that all they wanted was to be treated the same as straight couples.

The sixth-grader urged the government decision-makers to view all people as equal, as he does.

He added: ‘My parents, and all the other gay and lesbian people here, just want to be happy.’
