Four-Year-Old Girl Accidentally Shoots Herself
The North Carolina girl found a gun in her mother’s room and began playing with it.
[She] sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was recovering at home Tuesday after a brief hospitalization, Charlotte police said.
Authorities have not disclosed exactly how the little girl was shot, WBTV reported.
Marsharier Littlejohn, the tot’s 36-year-old mother, was charged Tuesday with failing to secure a firearm.
