Nurse Left Suicide Note

Jacintha Saldanha, who took her life after a prank call came to her hospital from two Australian DJ’s, left a suicide note for her family.

On Friday, hospital bosses were quick to say publicly that Ms Saldanha had not faced any disciplinary action after putting the hoaxers through to Kate’s ward, where another nurse relayed details of her condition.

But it remains unclear if Ms Saldanha was reprimanded verbally after the incident.
