Allen West: My Opponent Had To “Cheat to Beat Me”

Soon-to-be-former Congressman Allen West is not leaving graciously. He told radio host Mark Levin,  “I’m not going away just because of a congressional race where he seems to have to cheat to beat me.”

West didn’t make clear how he believed Murphy cheated, but Levin agreed that he had, saying, “It’s disgusting.”

Levin also went on to fan West’s ego a bit, telling him, “You are a national treasure. You are way too important to have something like this to happen and off you go. That can’t happen.” West reassured him that he wouldn’t disappear from the political scene and said he had already received a lot of “opportunities” and “offers.” He called himself “a warrior and a statesmen,” and vowed that his voice was “not going to be lost.”
