Obama Is Correct: Voting IS The Best Revenge

Mitt Romney is attacking President Obama for telling a rally that “voting is the best revenge.”

“Vote for ‘revenge?'” the GOP candidate asked, oozing incredulity. “Let me tell you what I’d like to tell you: Vote for love of country. It is time we lead America to a better place.”

But what the president was doing was tamping down a crowd that was booing about Romney, telling them not to get angry or vengeful, but to vent at the ballot box. In other words, don’t get mad, get even. But that is likely too much nuance for Romney and his supporters who are trying to make the case that the president’s comments are somehow unbecoming.
