Republican Ohio Secretary Of State Asks State High Court To Stop Early Voting

Jon Husted argues that the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that reinstated early voting is a wrongful intrusion of the federal government.

Democrats backed the continuation of early voting right up to the eve of Election Day. Republicans opposed the measure, saying a cutoff was needed to reduce fraud at the ballot box.

But ballot box fraud is virtually non-existent.
