Mitt Romney is losing steam with Latino voters.

The candidate’s popularity among Latino voters slipped to a new low based on a poll released Monday, with just 24 percent of Latino voters saying they plan to vote for Romney in a Latino Decisions/ImpreMedia poll. The early review represents a two-point decrease in one week for the candidate.
