Romney: Corporations Know How To Avoid Taxes By “Putting Money In Low-Tax Havens Around The World”

Speaking at a fundraising event in Minnesota, Romney said that big corporations “know how to find ways to get through the tax code, save money by putting various things in the places where there are low-tax havens around the world for their businesses.” He didn’t say anything about changing this, which makes it seem as though he has no problem with storing American-made money in foreign countries.
