Ryan Speaks Out Against Sequester He Voted For

Paul Ryan is blaming the sequester on President Obama, even though he voted for it.

The bill triggers automatic spending cuts to a variety of government programs including military spending if Congress cannot pass a budget by January first. Ryan has tried to distance himself from those military spending cuts, and today claimed that he and other Republicans “disagreed with [the sequester] then, we disagree with it now.” In fact, 175 Republicans voted in favor of the sequester, including Ryan.
