Rob Portman Now Says He Was “Frustrated” Working For Bush; Getting Ready For A VP Slot?

Ohio Senator Rob Portman says he was “frustrated” at George W. Bush’s Office of Management and Budget. With Bush not the most popular ex-president, Portman may be setting himself up for a campaign, telling The Hill:

“I was frustrated when I was there about some spending issues — specifically, I wanted to offer a balanced budget over five years, and a lot of people didn’t.”
