Governor Tom Corbett couldn ‘t answer when asked what forms of identification are required in the voter ID law he championed and signed. Corbett was asked about a report that 43% of residents don’t have proper ID to vote. His reply:

“We’ve been working with the nursing homes to get people new ID. It can be military ID. There’s two or three other forms right now off the top of my head I don’t have it here in front of me.”

Corbett omitted employee IDs issued by the federal or state government, passports and college IDs.
