Man Dies From Penis-Enhancing Injection; Woman Charged With Homicide

Kasia Rivera, a 34-year-old New Jersey woman, was charged with manslaughter in the death of 22-year-old Justin Street. Rivera allegedly injected Street with silicone to enhance his penis, which resulted in a fatal blood clot.

The medical examiner determined the cause of death as silicone embolism as a result of the injection, the prosecutor’s office said.

Street’s death was ruled a homicide and Rivera was arrested after an investigation by the prosecutor’s office, with assistance of the East Orange Police Department.
