Florida Governor Signs Death Warrant For Oba Chandler

Execution will be November 15 at 4PM.

Chandler was convicted of murdering 36-year-old Joan Rodgers, her 14-year-old daughter Christe and 17-year-old daughter Michelle while they were returning to Willshire, Ohio, in 1989. He stripped them from the waist down, bound and gagged them and weighted their bodies before dumping them.
