Bristol Palin Paid Seven Times More Than What Charity Spent On Teen Pregnancy Prevention

The Candie’s Foundation, which hired Bristol Palin as a teen pregnancy spokesperson, paid her $262,000 in 2009.  But a look by Think Progress at the foundation’s tax form reveals they gave out just $35,000 to teen pregnancy clinics. Another $165,000 was spent on advertising, like the spot Bristol did with Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.
