Billy Graham’s Regret: He “Would Have Steered Clear Of Politics”

Billy Graham says he has just a few regrets, one of which is that he got involved politically (h/t Political Wire). Speaking with Christianity Today, Graham says he wishes he’d steered clear in that arena.

I also would have steered clear of politics. I’m grateful for the opportunities God gave me to minister to people in high places; people in power have spiritual and personal needs like everyone else, and often they have no one to talk to. But looking back I know I sometimes crossed the line, and I wouldn’t do that now.

I wonder if son Franklin Graham will one day have the same regret.
