Rudolph Balloon Can’t Make It Through Traffic Light In Holiday Parade

Yes, I said “holiday” parade, which means Senator James Inhofe won’t like this post. Sadly, the Rudolph balloon couldn’t negotiate a traffic light during a Richmond, VA parade. Poor Rudolph. No wonder they won’t let him play in any reindeer games.
