Vanity Fair Publishes Scathing Palin Profile

Palin fans will be outraged and Palin-haters will be comforted by the Michael Joseph Gross profile of Sarah Palin in Vanity Fair, if the comments under the article are any indication.  Some highlights via Taegan Goddard:

• “One friend of the Palins’ remembers an argument between Sarah and Todd: ‘They took all the canned goods out of the pantry, then proceeded to throw them at each other. By the time they got done, the stainless-steel fridge looked like it had got shot up with a shotgun. Todd said, ‘I don’t know why I even waste my time trying to get nice things for you if you’re just going to ruin them.’ ‘ This friend adds, ‘As soon as she enters her property and the door closes, even the insects in that house cringe.'”

• More: “One person who has been a frequent houseguest of the Palins’ says that the couple began many mornings with screaming fights, a fusillade of curses: ” ‘Fuck you,’ ‘Fuck this,’ ‘You lazy piece of shit.’ ‘You’re fuckin’ lucky to have me,’ Sarah would always say.'”
