S.C. Senate Candidate Alvin Greene Indicted On Felony Charge
The unexpected candidate for the U.S. Senate from South Carolina has been indicted on a felony charge of showing pornography to a college student. You can read the indictment here.
A grand jury in Richland County, S.C., indicted Greene on one felony charge of disseminating, procuring or promoting obscenity as well as a misdemeanor charge of communicating obscene materials to a person without consent, according to a statement from the county solicitor’s office.
In November, Greene will face the happiest man in South Carolina, Senator Jim DeMint.
