Tandredo Sets Tone For Tea Party Convention: People Who Can’t Speak English Put Socialist In White House

Former Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo set the tone for the expensive tea party convention in Nashville by mocking those who don’t speak English and complaining about “the cult of multiculturalism.”

“People who could not spell the word vote or say it in English put a committed socialist ideologue in the White House — name is Barack Hussein Obama,” Tancredo told the audience. “The revolution has come. It was led by the cult of multiculturalism aided by leftist liberals all over who don’t have the same ideas about America as we do.”

Tancredo also said he wouldn’t have been able to participate in the event celebrating this “grass roots” movement if he had to buy a ticket.
