“Barry From DC” Calls Local Radio Show

“Barry” is President Barack Obama, who phoned in to WTOP to speak to Virginia Governor Tim Kaine. It’s a good thing the call was short, because it was time for “traffic and weather on the 8’s.” This was a planned event, and the only one who didn’t know it was coming was Governor Kaine.
