At Tuesday night’s West Point address, President Obama is expected to announce that he’ll send 35,000 more troops to Afghanistan.  On ABC’s “This Week,” South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham signaled support, while Vermont independent Bernie Sanders isn’t so sure.

One supporter is Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, who’s on the Armed Services Committee.

He says U.S. national security future depends on “getting it right in Afghanistan.” Graham says Obama is right in his assessment that the war in Afghanistan must be won.

But Sen. Bernie Sanders wants more countries to help out in Afghanistan. The Vermont independent also worries about the rising war costs.
