Illegal Alien Costume Big Halloween Seller

It seems some of my fellow pro-immigrant friends don’t have a sense of humor about this one. They’ve already prevailed upon a number of retailers to stop selling it. The Coalition for Human Immigrant Rights calls this costume distasteful, mean-spirited and ignorant.  I think it’s time to lighten up.

Many pro-immigration groups don’t like the term “illegal immigrant.”  So, let’s just call it an “Undocumented Worker” costume and leave it at that.
